The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
we can accept only two kind of return reasons :
1-Return because of defect or wrong product received
-To start a return, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the code (sku ) of the product enclosing photographic documentation showing the flaw and fault description .
- Wait for our authorization .in the even that product is still available , we will ask you to confirm shipping address and we will ship back the good again at our expense . otherwise we will issue a credit note and refund you .
- To start a return, send an email to email@example.com with the order number and the reference to the (sku) for which you request the replacement withing 3 days from the day of delivery .
-Make a new order containing the same item with different size or color .
-Send the item you want to change only and exclusively after our authorization to the address we would have given for that specific return . when we will receive the item we will proceed to the necessary verification , and if these are successful we will proceed to issue a credit note in your favor and refund you .
The return shipping for orders is charge to the customer .
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such accessories ), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
